Stonebridge is a 37-acre retail development at the southeast corner of 37th Street North and Maize Road. Stonebridge is anchored by a 230,000 sq ft Menards home improvement store. Plans call for 11 pad sites for specialty retailers, restaurants and traditional service-oriented businesses. Stonebridge is near the fast growing community of Maize, Wichita State University West branch, Maize South High School, Middle School and Elementary schools and is less than a mile south of the proposed Northwest ByPass.
