SNB BANK OF WICHITA EXPANDS PRESENCE
AT WILSON ESTATES OFFICE PARK

Expansion Includes Renaming of Office Building

(WICHITA, KS) – Fast-growing SNB Bank of Wichita is increasing its presence at Wilson Estates Office Park for the second time since establishing its Wichita office in spring 2002. The announcement was made jointly by Paul Jackson, president of Vantage Point Properties, Inc., developer of Wilson Estates Office Park, and Steve Hadley, president and CEO of SNB Wichita.

SNB has been located on the first floor of the New England Financial Building at 8415 East 21st Street. Effective immediately, the bank will occupy an additional 2,700-square-feet on the main level, bringing total space to 7,400-square-feet, an increase of nearly sixty percent. Concurrent with the expansion, the building name has been changed to SNB Bank of Wichita.

“We are very pleased with our growth which is running ahead of projections,” said Hadley. “This naming opportunity is very appealing for the visibility it offers, and is an important step as we continue to build market share in Wichita.” Jackson noted that the building was officially renamed December 6th.

With assets of more than $34 million, SNB Bank of Wichita focuses on banking for health care professionals, providing financing for their practices, real estate and personal banking services.

A development of Vantage Point Properties, Wilson Estates Office Park is a 25-acre campus-style office park located on 21st Street just east of Bradley Fair Parkway. Ground was broken for the project in 1997. Since that time, the park has grown rapidly, offering 216,000 sq. ft. of office space that is 94% leased.
Currently the park is home to more than 30 businesses including Hinkle Elkouri Law Firm, Security Title, BlueStone Television, American Express Financial Advisors, Depew & Gillen, KANZA Bank, Cozen O’Connor, Morgan Stanley and Preferred Health Systems.
