LAKESIDE AT THE WATERFRONT BECOMES
NEW HOME FOR KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY

(WICHITA, KS) – Keller Williams Realty, has announced plans to move its eastside office to Lakeside at the Waterfront. The west office of the company will remain at 8558 W. 21st St. N. The east location will occupy approximately 10,000-square-feet on the first floor of the Adams Jones building located at 1635 North Waterfront Parkway. The announcement was made by Paul Jackson, president of Vantage Point Properties and developer of Lakeside at the Waterfront, and Penny Johnson, operating principal of Keller Williams Realty. Johnson indicated the company will relocate to their new offices in early May 2007.

Lakeside at the Waterfront is Vantage Point Properties' latest upscale office project. Vantage Point Properties owns eight acres of the development and is developing three multi-story office buildings ranging in size from 29,000- to 41,000-square-feet. Box Development, L.L.C. owns four acres and Delta Dental Plan of Kansas owns the remaining four acres. When complete, the entire Lakeside at the Waterfront complex will include up to six buildings and 167,500-square-feet making it one of the city's largest office developments.

Penny Johnson said Keller Williams Realty was looking for an eastside location that would satisfy their current and long-term needs while providing them with expansion space as their business grows. "We believe Lakeside at the Waterfront is in a class by itself," says Johnson. "It is a premier Class A office project and is located in the most dynamic mixed-use development in Wichita."

Moving to Lakeside at the Waterfront solidifies Keller Williams' commitment to growth in Wichita, adds Johnson. Last week the firm announced it is opening a commercial division in Wichita to complement the residential side of the business. "We anticipate our new east office location will be a magnet for consumers and agents alike and give us continued credibility in the market."

According to Paul Jackson, Keller Williams Realty will have premier presence in the Adams Jones building at Lakeside at the Waterfront. "Keller Williams is a powerful force in the Wichita market," says Jackson. "They are successfully competing with larger real estate firms in the market."

Lease negotiations were handled by Jackson, Johnson and Shelley Palmer of Keller Williams Realty and their leasing agent Tony Utter, CCIM, president of Utter Commercial Real Estate. Spangenberg Phillips is project architect and High Plains Construction is the contractor.

Vantage Point Properties has been developing, managing and leasing properties for 14 years, and has developed more than a million square feet of commercial real estate in the Wichita area.
