DIMENSIONS FINANCIAL GROUP RELOCATING
TO LAKESIDE AT THE WATERFRONT

(Wichita , KS ) - In less than one year, the Stinson Morrison Hecker Building at Lakeside at the Waterfront is 90 percent occupied. The latest tenant, Dimensions Financial Group announced plans to move to Lakeside at the Waterfront in March 2008. The announcement was made by Paul Jackson , president of Vantage Point Properties and developer of Lakeside at the Waterfront, and Eric Burns , partner of Dimensions Financial Group.

Dimensions Financial Group is the fifth tenant in the three story, 41,160-square-foot building. They will neighbor Stinson Morrison Hecker, LLP; Northrock, Inc.; Stelbar Oil Corporation, Inc.; and Vantage Point Properties. Dimensions Financial Group will occupy 6,105-square-foot on the first floor.

A comprehensive financial services firm, Dimensions Financial Group was founded in 1998 to assist clients in long-term financial planning. They provide services through Fidelity Investments.

"Our partners, Rob Richardson, Glenn Rappard, Shawn Sokolosky and myself, are eagerly awaiting our move to Lakeside at the Waterfront," says Burns. "We really love that area. The building is unbelievable and the first floor exposure is great for our firm."

Dimensions Financial Group Moves to Lakeside at the Waterfront Dimensions Financial Group is moving to Lakeside at the Waterfront from a former Vantage Point Properties development, Wilson Estates Office Park . Vantage Point Properties shared a building with Dimensions in the former space, says Jackson . "The partners at Dimensions are quality guys. Our firms have enjoyed a long-standing relationship and we are so pleased that they've chosen Lakeside at the Waterfront."

Lease negotiations were handled by Vantage Point Properties and Dimensions Financial Group. Spangenberg Phillips is project architect.

Lakeside at the Waterfront is Vantage Point Properties' latest upscale office project. Vantage Point Properties owns eight acres of the development and is developing three multi-story office buildings ranging in size from 29,000- to 41,000-square-feet. Box Development, L.L.C. owns four acres and Delta Dental of Kansas owns the remaining four acres. When complete, the entire Lakeside at the Waterfront complex will include up to six buildings and 167,500-square-feet making it one of the city's largest office developments.
