CLASSIC REAL ESTATE RELOCATES
TO NORTHROCK PLACE

(WICHITA, KS) – Classic Real Estate, Inc., a Wichita-based commercial real estate firm, has relocated its Wichita office to Northrock Place, 8110 East 32nd Street North, Suite 150. The announcement was made jointly by Paul Jackson, president of Vantage Point Properties, Inc., developer of Northrock Place, and Craig Ablah, vice president of Classic Real Estate, who indicated the move is effective September 1.

Previously located at 8200 East 32nd Street North, Classic Real Estate occupies 2,000-square-feet at their new location. According to Craig Ablah, "With proximity to K-96, this is a great location that affords us quick access to our clients and every part of the city. We are very pleased with the tenant mix and look forward to our affiliation with building ownership and management."

Classic Real Estate was founded in 1981 by Don Ablah and is owned and operated by Don, Craig and Christian Ablah. With seven employees, the company handles sales, leasing and consulting for all types of commercial properties including industrial, office and retail.

A development of Vantage Point Properties, the two-story Northrock Place includes 48,000-square-feet with occupancy at 100%. Building tenants include the Allergy & Asthma Center, Corporate Lodging Consultants, Hewlitt Packard and Lodging Enterprises, Inc.
