Capitol Federal Savings opens Andover branch

Capitol Federal Savings has opened its new branch in the Andover Marketplace development.

The 3,600-square-foot facility at US-54 highway and Andover Road is Topeka-based CapFed’s eighth office in the Wichita area. The building was constructed by Wichita’s Commerce Construction Services Inc.

The branch has two drive-up lanes and a 24-hour drive-up ATM. The branch also will offer mortgage services.
Veronica Maher has been named vice president and branch manager of the new facility.

Maher, a Wichita State University graduate, has been with the bank since 2001 and most recently has been branch manager of the CapFed’s location at 8040 E. Douglas.
